is good season enjoy with some fun activities like as trips on beaches, parks
and swimming, tracking etc. however apart from enjoyment it is the time that
may affect and cause overheating and dehydration in the body, hair and lips. While
overheating can pass by one person to another, too much sweating may link to
the dehydration issue. So it is very important to maintain hydrated at the time
of summer season. If dehydration occurs then it may link to various diseases
such as dizziness, low blood pressure, headache, and confusion.

someone is bound to suffer by physical illness in summer time then it is the
sign of dehydration. Excessive amount of exercise in summer time will be harm
and produce extreme weakness and fatigue. So many amount of fluid such as

loose cotton clothes in summer is the best way to handle the overheating but
the clothes are in the light color and feel very comfortable to you. Dark
colored clothes are easily absorbing heat and feel uncomfortable you. Thus it
is great to avoid sun in afternoon time because of the temperature is very high
in these hours. It is very essential to consume plenty of fluids to the body by
drinking 5-6 liters of water in a day.
Get
small amount of meals in frequent time intervals will assist to energetic and
fit in summer season. Meals such as oatmeal, whole grains, vegetables and
fruits are effective. Dairy products are also beneficial to stay cool the body
and manage the temperature as well. It is good to keep away from tea and coffee
because of it may contribute to advance loss of fluid in to the body and
dehydration occurs. It is also essential to control on the alcohol consumption
in the summer time because alcohol have potential to get dehydrate the person.
Drinks
that have full with caffeine must have avoided otherwise it may cause urine
output increases and body dehydrates fast. People who have taken high protein
foods should be drink 8 to 12 glasses of water in a day for good digestion.
Sports
energetic drinks will help to fill again the body fluids and maintain in well
form and balance the hydrate level. If possible take more and more rest and
sleep at least 6-8 hours to feel energetic and active for next day in summer
time.
